EÖS RUBY

What is EÖS RUBY?

EÖS RUBY is a caffeine-free, sugar-free dietary supplement powder. Seven functional mushrooms plus grapefruit, lemon, wild cranberry, ginger, and black ginger. All in an effervescent format that fizzes the moment cold water hits it. No steeping. No brewing. No caffeine curve.

One dry, level scoop stirred into 8-16 oz of cold water gives you about ten seconds of effervescence as citric acid reacts with sodium and potassium bicarbonate, driving the actives into solution fast. The potassium bicarbonate adds a mild electrolyte note alongside the fizz.

Classified as a dietary supplement under DSHEA in the U.S. Naturally sweetened with monk fruit only. Nothing artificial.

The seven mushrooms

Three mushrooms are chosen for specific morning-arc roles: focus, energy, and calm. Four more round out the blend with antioxidant, metabolic, and immune support.

morning arc · focus · energy · calm

Lion's mane Hericium erinaceus Helps support cognitive health and mental clarity.
Cordyceps Cordyceps militaris Helps support cellular energy production, endurance, and an active lifestyle. No caffeine mechanism. Acts on ATP pathways.
Reishi Ganoderma lucidum Supports relaxation and a healthy stress response.

antioxidant + immune

Chaga Inonotus obliquus Provides antioxidant support to help protect cells from everyday oxidative stress.
Turkey tail Trametes versicolor Broad-spectrum mushroom polysaccharides to support healthy immune function and antioxidant defense.

metabolic + cardiovascular

Maitake Grifola frondosa Helps support metabolic and cardiovascular health.
Shiitake Lentinula edodes Helps support metabolic and cardiovascular health.

The botanical layer

Five botanicals complement the mushroom blend: fruits for flavor and antioxidant support, roots for vitality and digestive health, and monk fruit as the only sweetener.

citrus · flavor + antioxidant

Grapefruit Citrus paradisi Bright citrus flavor, natural grapefruit components, antioxidant support. Note: grapefruit can interact with certain medications. See warnings.
Lemon Citrus limon Bright citrus flavor, natural lemon components, antioxidant support.

immune + urinary

Wild cranberry Vaccinium macrocarpon Provides polyphenols that support urinary tract health and immune function.

vitality + circulation

Black ginger Kaempferia parviflora Traditionally used to support vitality, circulation, and physical endurance.

digestive

Ginger Zingiber officinale Supports digestive comfort and helps maintain healthy digestion.

sweetener

Monk fruit Siraitia grosvenorii Zero-calorie natural sweetener. The only sweetener in the blend. No sugar, no artificial alternatives.

The effervescent system

The fizz isn't cosmetic. It's the delivery mechanism. Anhydrous citric acid reacts with sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate the moment cold water hits the powder. The acid-base reaction releases CO₂, creating about ten seconds of effervescence that drives the actives into solution instantly, without heat.

The potassium bicarbonate contributes a mild electrolyte note alongside the fizz. Silica (silicon dioxide) keeps the powder flowing freely. Natural grapefruit and lemon flavors complete the sensory profile.

Use it and drink it. Don't let it sit. The effervescent reaction happens fast and the actives are in solution.

How to use

Adults: mix one dry, level scoop into 8-16 fl oz of cold water. Stir with a teaspoon or shake for 1-2 seconds until dissolved. For a lighter flavor, use more water. Enjoy up to twice daily. Do not exceed two servings per day.

Cold water is best. Heat can compromise the effervescent reaction and may degrade some of the botanical actives. Use it promptly after mixing. Don't let it sit.

Questions

Can I take this if I'm on medication?

Grapefruit is known to interact with certain medications by inhibiting an enzyme (CYP3A4) that your body uses to metabolize many common drugs. If you take prescription medication, ask your pharmacist before using this product.

Is it safe during pregnancy or nursing?

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing.

Why does it fizz?

Citric acid reacts with sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate the moment water is added, releasing CO₂ bubbles. Same chemistry as effervescent tablets, in powder form. The fizz drives the actives into solution instantly without heat or steeping.

Does it contain caffeine?

No caffeine. No stimulants. The energy support attributed to cordyceps works through its role in cellular energy metabolism (ATP production pathways), not via caffeine or any other stimulant compound.

Is this a dietary supplement or a food?

EÖS RUBY is classified as a dietary supplement under DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act) in the United States. It is not a drug, and the structure/function claims on this page have not been evaluated by the FDA to confirm they treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
